• The Scholarship is open to citizens of all countries.
• The applicant must have earned a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s Degree.
• Applicant must submit all previous educational documents.
• Bachelor’s and master’s transcripts are certified by official authorities.
• A valid minimum IELTS academic score of 6.5 or TOEFL.
• A minimum of THREE reference letters from academics familiar.

English Language Requirements
